ControlMate Battery Pack

Extended Battery Life with No Disruption

FCS’s ControlMate pressure control systems are supplied with fully sealed internal lithium batteries and have an expected operational life of over five years depending on usage. Currently, to replace the sealed batteries in the unit, the ControlMate is removed from site and returned to the factory.

The new ContolMate Battery Pack is an innovative, time saving and cost effective solution to effectively double the expected battery life of ContolMate systems in the field, without the need for factory return.

The external Battery Pack can be easily fitted to the ContolMate unit on site as part of a routine maintenance programme, thereby avoiding the disruption caused by the removal of the pressure control function, additional site visits and equipment downtime.

Like the ControlMate, the Battery Pack is built to IP68 to ensure protection from dust and continuous immersion in water.

The ControlMate Battery Pack can be fitted to both new and existing ControlMate FM systems, and costs less than returning the unit to the factory for a battery change. As a consequence, the user can save money whilst minimizing disruption and ensuring that their ControlMate unit remains fully operational saving water.
