I can’t hear any noise through my Xmic when it’s turned on?

Make sure you have pressed the listen button. Also check the (depending on which headphones were purchased) that the headphones separate volume control is turned up. There is also a volume gain increase on the Xmic base unit.

I am using the Xmic with the small tripod sensor but I am hearing too much wind interference?

We recommend using our large “Elephants Foot”, this gives a seal between the surface you are trying to listen too and will eliminate the wind interference.
