He has 10 years of expertise in UV water treatment and disinfection systems and 16 years focused on non-revenue water management. His experience includes five years working with FCS Electronics on leak detection equipment, 11 years in leak detection and pinpointing using correlation and ground miking, and five years overseeing pilot installations. Additionally, he has provided technical training and troubleshooting support for field teams and clients for over a decade.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Energy and Earth Resources from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown (UPJ), Kim has also worked in environmental consulting, specializing in impact assessments, compliance, and remediation. In addition, Kim brings expertise in quality assurance, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of efficiency from all aspects of her work.
